🐾 Abyss, the First Breath
Ticroq was born from a soul connection… and this connection began with Abys, my first baby, the one I saw born when I was eleven.
With her, I discovered unconditional love, the true kind. I grew up by her side, she followed me all over France during my studies, and together, we moved to Montpellier.
Abys was more than a dog: she was a presence, a light, a landmark. She was loved by everyone, and her absence left an impossible void to fill.
Years passed, and health challenges began: tumors, Cushing's disease, repeated operations… I did everything to keep her happy, but I lacked information, perspective, and the keys to truly help her.
On January 19, 2022, after a medical error, Abys passed away. That day, everything changed.
🌿 Tammy & Tixy, the beginnings
Then, Tammy & Tixy came into my life like a breath of fresh air.
With them, I wanted to understand, learn, and do better.
Every food choice was carefully considered… or so I thought. I tested, searched, listened to advice, sometimes mistakenly.
Tixy was fragile: digestive issues, gastritis, ear infections, dermatitis… Vet visits piled up, as did treatments.
I was told about gastrointestinal kibble, anti-vomiting medication, regular injections… but nothing changed.
And then there was Tammy, struck by parvovirus. Ten days of hospitalization. Ten days of fear, waiting, helplessness.
These challenges shook my confidence, but they also ignited a new determination: to truly understand what our furry friends really need to live happy and healthy lives.
✨ The Revelation
Through extensive research and observation, I came to understand one essential thing:
even with the best intentions, you can harm your dog without even knowing it.
For a long time, I trusted brands and professionals, convinced that they knew what was best.
But the truth is that not everything sold to us as “natural” or “healthy” actually is.
So I decided to listen to myself, and apply everything I had learned.
I changed my girls' diet overnight... and everything changed.
Tammy and Tixy rediscovered their joy, vitality, and balance.
That's when Ticroq was born: a brand founded on experience, sincerity, and the desire to share this knowledge with everyone who truly wants the best for their beloved pets.
With Ticroq, I aim to go much further: to change mindsets, share my knowledge, and enable everyone to understand what they are truly giving their dog.
To provide access to truly healthy, traceable, and natural products, but also to pass on the tools so that every human can become an active participant in their pet's well-being. 💚
Because understanding is already loving better.
And to love is also to want to offer what is most fair, most true, most healthy. 🌿
